It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David J. Pombrio of Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on March 18, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oral Pombrio and Blanche Pombrio (Laravie); his son Richard Pombrio; and his stepgranddaughter Kaitlin Evans. He is survived by: his children, John Pombrio (Donna) of Mystic, CT, James Pombrio (Lisa) of Middlesex, NJ, Patricia Dyer (Luke) of Buffalo, NY and Susan Pombrio of Plattsburgh; his brother Philip Pombrio, Sr. of Hawaii; his grandchildren, Sara Wallace (Danny), Mark Dyer (Amanda), Amee Dougherty (John), Mary Woodberry (Michael), Adam Dyer (Samantha), Isabella Pombrio, Yani Pombrio, Kristina Pombrio and Stacia Pombrio; his stepdaughter Cindy Evans (James); and his stepgrandchildren, Kimberly and Lauren Evans. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren, 5 nieces and 3 nephews.
