He is survived by: his wife Dorrine LaBelle; and his children, Julie Dominy, Sheila Rock, Karen Blaise (Brent), Lori Elder (Dan), Sharron Boice (Robert), Charlene Manor, Clayton S. Provost, David Provost (Kathy) and Michael Provost (Judy).
