He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Shepard and Ethel Shepard (Champagne); his daughters, Christina Shepard, Melody Shepard, Michelle Shepard, Debbie Shepard and Darby Shepard; and his siblings, Alice Higgins and Raymond Shepard.

He is survived by: his wife Terry Shepard; his children, Sherry Shepard (Guy Durgan) and William Shepard; his grandchildren, Sean, Rory, Joey, Romy, Ally, Reese and RyLee; and his brother John Shepard (Cindy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
