She was predeceased by: her father Merritt Clifford; and her uncle Robert Scoskie. She is survived by: her mother Marie "Joan" Clifford (Valente); her son Clifford Conners of Plattsburgh; her sisters, Deborah Harney (Ken Klock) and Sandra Esposito (Michael); and her aunt Lois Scoskie of Plattsburgh. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Cindy's name can be made to her family.
