He is survived by: his siblings, Carla Cogan of Fairfax, CA, Kevin Cogan (Lisa Garrand) of Plattsburgh, NY, Michael Young, Cindy Young, Kimberly Zvitski and Jamie Young (Shane). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that we honor Chris by being patient, kind and compassionate with others, especially those who are disabled or unable to advocate for themselves. Donations may be made in his honor to the Advocacy and Resource Center.
