Mitchell Sr. (Plattsburgh, New York), born in Oneonta, New York, who passed away on February 7, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edith Mitchell (Stratton) and Claude Joseph Mitchell; his wife Joan (Vrooman); his children, Nancy Mitchell Rogers and Charles Jr. (Catherine); his grandchildren, Colden and Myles; and his siblings, John, Emily DePalma and Metta Bagg.
