With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Parker (Plattsburgh, New York), born in Oswego, New York, who passed away on March 27, 2021 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Parker and Mary Parker (Genung); his sons, Bobby, David and Allen Parker; and his brothers, John and Mike Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Madelyn (Milne); and his children, Steve Parker (Debbie) and Chris Parker (Becky Collins). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
