Charles Norris Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Norris (Plattsburgh, New York), born in New Britain, Connecticut, who passed away on November 27, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Norris and Estelle Norris (Gianoli); his wife Jeanne Norris; his sister Jo-Ann Norris; his brother-in-law Bruce DiCicco; his stepson Craig Norris (Kathleen Norris); his granddaughters, Erika and Evelyn; his son Joseph Norris (Andrea Norris); his grandchildren, Charles and Emma; his stepgrandson James; his grandchildren, Miles, Truman and Estelle; and also, Joseph, Anthony and Elizabeth Norris-Randa (Charles Norris-Randa).
