Chad left this world on January 16, 2025 at the age of 50, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lee and Joanne Audrey Colburn (Recore); his sister Chasitity Fermoile; and his grandparents, Darwin, Amy Colburn, Francis Recore and Gertrude Nichols.
He is survived by: his sons, Cameron, Hayden, Ryan and Colby; his brother Casey; his siblings-in-law, Angie Colburn and Dave Fermoile; and his nieces and nephews, Brooklin, Brody Colburn, Mackenzie and Easton Diede.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hamilton Funeral Home (294 Mannix Rd, Peru, NY 12972).
