It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cathy Dubrey (Plattsburgh, New York), who passed away on December 1, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Eugene LaBombard. She is survived by: her mother J. Wanda LaBombard (Barnes); her husband James Dubrey, Jr.; her daughters, Jayna Dubrey (Eric Johnson) and Tracy Brown-Hemingway (Eric); her grandchildren, Adam, Sam Dubrey-Wisniewski, Makayla Brown-Hemingway and Ian Hemingway; and her sister Cindy Eckhoff (Don). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in Cathy's memory may be made to Autism Alliance of Northeastern New York.
