She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest LaDuke and Leda LaDuke (Furnia); and her brothers, Edgar, Edward, Ronald, Carl and Chester.
She is survived by: her husband Anthony "Tony" Golovach of Matthew's Church; her friend Nancy Stanley; and her siblings, Jessie LaDuke (Harriette), Marilyn Stewart (Roy), Phyllis Goddeau (Ron) and Karen Hathaway.
