He was predeceased by: his mother Gertrude Provost (Bell); his sister Cheryl Daniels (Provost); and his father Jess Garrant. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Provost (Desso) of Plattsburgh; his children, Carl Provost, Jr. (Amy Menard) and Jessica Nutt (Jerrod Nutt); his grandchildren, Dylan Ferrigno, Sarah Provost and Victor Nutt; his brothers, Rodney (Rae), Gary (Perry), James (Neva), Kevin and Daniel Provost; and his aunt Deanna Bell.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (29 Broad St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Alexander's Church (1 Church St, Morrisonville, NY 12962).
