She was predeceased by: her parents, Isadore Defayette and Katherine Defayette (Cook); her husband Gary Perry; and her siblings, Leo Defayette, Kevin Defayette and Nancy Defayette.
She is survived by: her daughter Patty Agnew (Kevin) of Plattsburgh; her brothers, Ken Defayette (Vicki) of Peru and Keith Defayette (Judy) of Plattsburgh; her nephew Todd Defayette (Lauren); and her niece Tara (Matt).
