He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson and Evelyn Latour, Sr. (Fournier); his sister Julia; and his siblings-in-law, Vernon and Joanne Champagne.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Latour; his children, Kimberly Latour and Scott Latour (Lisa); his grandson Nathaniel Fletcher; and his brothers, Nelson Latour, Jr. (Marie) and Lawrence Latour (Wanda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in Andy's memory may be made to the Morrisonville Fire Dept. or the Foundation of CVPH for the H. K. Freedman Renal Center.
