He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Garrow and Mabel Garrow (Bressette); his wife Sylvia Macey; and his siblings, Howard, Ross, Leeward, Roland, Ralph, Ronald Garrow, Eleanor Trombley and Gloria Kennedy.
He is survived by: his daughter Sandra Garrow of Plattsburgh; his sister Linda LaPier of Glens Falls; his granddaughter Kimberlee Kedmenec; and his great grandchildren, Kaytlyn Kedmenec and Domenyk Davis.
Due to Covid-19 calling hours and a Mass of Christian Burial will be private for the family.
