He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Baker and Ruth Baker; and his siblings, John (Geraldine), Frank (Rita), Arthur, Robert, Joseph, Alva and Gertrude Devins.
He is survived by: his sisters, Joan Woodring (Harold) of Tacoma, Wash and Betty Reynolds of Cape Coral; and his sisters-in-law, Jean and Rose Baker. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
