It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Almira E. Fredette of Plattsburgh, New York, who passed away on April 6, 2022, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Felix Trombley and Alma Trombley (Roy); her husband George L. Fredette; her siblings, Silas, Felix, Andrew, Joseph, Alfred, Gilbert Trombley, Rose Ann Soucy, Aurora Fontaine, Lena Mitchell, Rita Caron, Theresa Curtis, Delima Wood and Gloria Morrow; and her daughters-in-law, Shirley and Joyce Fredette.
She is survived by: her sons, George Fredette of Essex Junction, VT, John (Donna Fredette), Andrew (Mary Jean Fredette), Thomas Fredette (Carmen Carpentier), Ronald (Linda Fredette), Michael (Catherine Fredette) and Joseph (Julie Fredette); and her brother Thomas Trombley of Plattsburgh. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Almira's memory to Plattsburgh Birthright.
