He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Jacobowitz and Nora Jacobowitz (Collins); his sisters, Lenore Dunn and Joan Reed; his love Irene F. Wager; and also Craig E. Wager.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carole Angelillo (Albert), David Jacobowitz (Kathleen) and Sara Kurz; his children, Patricia Jacobowitz Merseles, Susan Stager (John) and Richard Jacobowitz (family: Kim Wager, Lori Klein, Tracy Wager); his grandchildren, Tasha Barton (Reuben), Mallory Klein (Ray), Brenna Klein and Gregg Michael Merseles; and his great grandchildren, Rowen Benjamin and Maggie Irene Barton.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to his favorite charity, St. Jude's Children Hospital, in his memory.
