Ackley (Plainview, New York), born in Old Bethpage, New York, who passed away on October 22, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his spouse Mary Cornelia (Neal); and his child Victoria Larson (Reed). He is survived by: his children, Gwendolyn Kolomick (Paul) and Ellen Richman (Larry); and his grandchildren, Stephen, Daniel, Brian, Bradley and Andrew.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Plainview Reformed Church in support of its ministry.
