He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Leroy Adams and Hazel Lavon Wood; his sisters, Laurine, Lavon and Estella Louise; and his granddaughter Vanessa.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Kay Johnstun; his children, Eve O'Neil, Tim Adams, Benjamin Adams, Rachel Newcomb, Mark Adams, Peter Adams, Suzanne Hancey and Elizabeth Garner; his brothers, Ralph and Claude; and his former wife Sharon Hatch. He is also survived by twenty-eight grandchildren, and twenty-one great-grandchildren.
