He was predeceased by: his wife Jean Butler Whelan; his parents, Robert Whelan and Dorothy Whelan; and his sister Marjory Harmon. He is survived by: his children, Michael (Michelle), Patricia Fagan (James), Kathleen Whelan and Anne Whelan; his grandchildren, Theresa Kennedy (John), Colleen Crouse (Jeremy), Joseph Fagan, Caroline and Julia Whelan; and his great grandchildren, Madeline and Marian Kennedy.
Face covering and social distancing practices are required.
