Richard Lavern Dehm Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Lavern Dehm of Pittsford, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 24, 2024 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Suzanne M. Dehm; his grandson Bryce Moon Dehm; and his parents, Iva Dehm and Johan Dehm. He is survived by: his children, Robb Dehm (Nancy), Curt Dehm (Christine) and Barbro Garenfeld; his grandchildren, Adrienne (Alex Juergens), Erich (Sara Dehm), Troy (Mallory Holland Dehm), Lauren Rye-An (Chris An) and Andrew Rye (Olivia Rye); his great grandchildren, Camden and Luna Dehm; his niece Heather Brubaker; and his nephews, John Moose and Jordan Johnstone.
A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the Third Presbyterian Church (4 Meigs St, Rochester, NY 14607). A reception was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
Sue and Dick lived in Mendon for 23 years, where Dick served on the Board of the Mendon Foundation and on the Town of Mendon Zoning Board.
