He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer; his siblings, Louise, Phil and Amedio; and his son-in-law Joe Costanzo.
He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Ramona Costanzo, Rachel Gokey (Gary) and Ray (Candice); his grandchildren, Tina Johnson (Greg), Andrea Costanzo, Tiffany Buskey (Ryan), Tyler Gokey and Tori Poormon (Cody); and his great grandchildren, Lilyona, Hanna Johnson and Hailee Buskey.
