She is survived by: her sons, John E. Bernacki and Thomas M. Bernacki; her grandchildren, Andrew, Timothy, Elliot and Peter; her nieces, Maria Pieroni (John) and Rachelle Casto (Denny); and her nephew Arthur J. Greco, III. She is also survived by many cousins and friends.
