He is survived by: his wife Dominique; his children, Abigail of Nicholas and Daniel; and his brothers, Michael (Margaret), James (Cindy), David (Colette), Kevin (Cynthia), John (Leah) and Thomas (Judy). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and many devoted lifelong friends.
