He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Balzano and Irene Balzano; and his parents-in-law, Wayne and Betty Gilman. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Kristine Lohr (Thomas) of Fairport, Joseph (Sherry) of Agawam, MA and Julie DiCicco (Aaron) of Webster; his grandchildren, Brynn, Alyssa Lohr, Billy, Maddie Balzano, Jacob and Colin DiCicco; and his sister Joan Porco of Albany, NY. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
