He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. and Dorothea Baird, Sr. (Tucker); his sisters, Diane Minstermann (George), Mary Stender (Karl), Nancy Davidson (Jack), Daniel Zuba and Phyllis Zuba; and his brother-in-law Daniel Zuba.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Zuba Baird; his daughter Kristina Nowak (Josh); his brothers, Ed Baird (Linda) of Pittsford and William Baird (Karen) of Lewiston; his sisters-in-law, Debbie Calvello (Russell) of Niagara Falls and Denise Reiter (Tom) of Hilton; and his friend Union.
Memorial donations may be made in his honor to the Niagara County SPCA, or to the Sick Committee at IBEW Local 237.
