She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph P. Rotunda. She is survived by: her children, Frank Rotunda (Denise) and Mary Ann Optis (Phil Garrod); her grandchildren, Nico, Alexana Rotunda, Nickolas and Michael Optis; and her great grandchildren, Colton and Maggie Optis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
