With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jason William Fouser (Pittsford, New York), who passed away on June 1, 2018 at the age of 40. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his spouse Anne Fouser (Nealon); his daughters, Grace and Eve; his parents, Christine and Richard; his brothers, Michael (Christina) and Philip; his uncle James Nealon; and also Callingham Rd. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, as well as many other loving family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish to donate toward a fund for the children may send it in the name of the girls' uncle, James Nealon to: 36 Callingham Rd. Pittsford, N.Y. 14534.
