He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd J. Maynard Sr. and Dorothy Maynard (Loretta). He is survived by: his wife Arlene Maynard; his daughter Kelly Montagliano (Blake); his grandchildren, Angelica and Jack Montagliano; and his brother Richard Maynard.
