It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Macarthur Ruffino (Pittsford, New York), who passed away on March 25, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Ruffino; and her sister Judie Riccio Remington. She is survived by: her sons, Jeff MacArthur and John MacArthur (Maggie); her siblings, Mary Mumby Remington, Steve Remington and Robert Remington; and her grandchildren, Keegan and Liam MacArthur. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
