He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Kay Jackson. He is survived by: his sister Betty Jane Smith (Richard); and his sons, David (Cindy), Thomas (Amy) and Douglas (Alexandra). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
