He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Elisabeth; and his sister Margaret (Peter Frewen). He is survived by: his brother Norm; his nephew Adam; his wife Catherine Senecal-Rice; and his brothers, Thomas (Kathleen) of Chicopee, Norman (Sue) of Andover and Richard (Diana) of Rochester. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews.
