He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Michael (Karin), Martin Kaufman (Laura) and Diane Salter (Bill); his grandchildren, Andrea (Alyson), Eric, Jessica, Matthew, David, Kristina Kaufman and Alex Salter (Lauren); his great grandchildren, Hunter, Morrison, Lennox and Rowan; and his sister Naomi Saltzman. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
