She was predeceased by: her brother Sidney Hoffman. She is survived by: her daughter Sherri Ann Adams (Michael Forbes); her grandsons, Troy and Trevor; and her sister-in-law Barbara Hoffman. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
