She was predeceased by: her parents, Selah Merchant and Mina Waite Merchant; her husband Colonel Hugh Parker; her daughter Judy Whorrall; and her siblings, Pat Marris, Jim Merchant and Jerry Merchant.
She is survived by: her children, Donna Catlin (Dean) of Pitcher, Bobby Parker (Jolynn) of DeRuyter and Melissa Parker (Joseph Thomas) of DeRuyter; her son-in-law Jerry Whorrall of South Otselic; and her sisters, Peggy Johnson of Bath, NH and Margie Merchant (Stan) of Lenoir, NC.. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandson, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
