He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wendover and Ruth Wendover (Sherman); his son John J. Wendover; and his brothers, John, Bucky, Joe and Robert Wendover.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Woodcock; his children, Robert (Lynn), Raymond (Carolyn) and Darcy Hay; his grandchildren, Raymond, Casey, Robert, Caitlin, Courtney, Natalia and Tyler; his great grandchildren, Steven, Dylan, Silas, Sarah, Robert and Inessa; and his sister Millie Murphy.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Ray's memory may be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention or to the Parkinson's Foundation.
