He was predeceased by: his parent Arthur Hay; and his siblings, Lee Hay, Gene Hay, Joan Beebe, Dale Stickle and Sheila Parsons.
He is survived by: his parent Margaret Hay (Pilch); his spouse Diana Clum; his daughter Cathy Vincent (Duane) of Pine Plains; his granddaughter Elizabeth of Ohio; his daughter Shary Hertel (Joseph) of Pine Plains; his granddaughter Kimberly of Millerton; and his son Joseph Jr. of Millerton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
