It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Fannie Place (Pine Plains, New York), born in Dover Plains, New York, who passed away on April 25, 2018, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Vernon J. and Minnie Cookingham (Lawrence); her spouse Charles Place; her son Charles V. Place (Carol) of Millerton, NY; her sister Marion Pedersen of Sharon, CT; her daughter Kathryn E. Law; and her siblings, Herbert, Melvin, Lawrence, Frank, Walt, Edward, Ernest, Mildred Baker, Harriet McGhee and Alice M. Chase. She is also survived by six grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
