Vincent Czubak Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vincent Czubak (Pine Island, New York), born in Florida, New York, who passed away on February 13, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent P. Czubak and Josephine Wesolowski Czubak; his son Brian; and his brother-in-law Donald Roach. He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Sikirica Czubak; his children, Vincent Czubak III of Glen Spey, NY and Joanne Cavallaro (Ron Kinney) of Hunlock Creek, PA; his stepdaughter Stephanie of Okeechobee, FL; his grandchildren, Anthony James Cavallaro (Christie) of Goshen, NY, Dr. Vincent Cavallaro (Jacqueline) of Stratford, CT and Brianna Ognibene (James) of Middletown, NY; his great grandchildren, Kaleigh Grace Cavallaro and Brielle Marion Cavallaro of Goshen, NY; his sister Frances Czubak Roach of Florida, NY; his nephews, Donald V. Roach (Susan) of Texas, Mark Roach (Maria) of Norwalk, CT and Matthew Roach (Denise) of Florida, NY; and his niece Dianne McDonough (Richard) of Holbrook, NY. He is also survived by many cousins and grandnieces and nephews.
Hopefully by then, this pandemic will be under control, and we can safely congregate in the outdoor pavilion.
