He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Gorczynski and Franciszka Zemka Gorczynski; and his siblings, Leonard, Chester, Joseph, Kazimierz, Ludwik, Konstanty, Edward Gorczynski, Ursula Buda and Bernadette Bigert.
He is survived by: his wife Victoria Smolenski Gorczynski; his daughters, Catherine Padilla (Augie) and Jennifer Minto (Adam); his grandchildren, Brett, Rachel Minto, Anna Reimers (Ethan) and Ryan Padilla (Christina); his sister Theresa Piccirilli (Joe); and his siblings-in-law, Eleanore Smolenski, Ann Smolenski, Julia Gorczynski, Helen Gorczynski, Marilyn Gorczynski, Barbara Gorczynski, Bozena Gorczynski and George Smolenski (Kay). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
