She is survived by: her husband Jose (Gutierrez); her children, Maria and Jose; her daughter-in-law Kerri; her grandchildren, Jason, Jessica (Dany), Joseph and Kyle; her great grandchildren, Jai and Kaia; and her sister Nora Perez.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in dedication to her.
