Eleanore Smolenski Obituary

In the sacred silence of farewell, Eleanore is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Smolenski and Victoria Kaminski Smolenski; her brother Dr. Benjamin Smolenski; and her brother-in-law John Gorczynski. She is survived by: her brother George Smolenski; her sister-in-law Kay; her sister Victoria Gorczynski; and her sister-in-law Ann Smolenski. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the T. S. Purta Funeral Home (690 County Rd 1, Pine Island, NY 10969). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the St. Stanislaus Church (17 Pulaski Hwy, Pine Island, NY 10969). A burial was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:30 AM at the St. Stanislaus Cemetery (17 Pulaski Hwy, Pine Island, NY 10969).
