She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney Porpora and Clara Porpora; her husband Richard Mita; and her sister Josephine Porpora. She is survived by: her children, Paul Mita (Kim) of Otisville, NY, Deborah Milling (Robert) of Liberty, NY and Joseph Mita (Amanda) of Pine Island, NY; her brothers, Dennis Porpora (Linda) of New Jersey and John Porpora (Linda) of Arizona; her grandchildren, Ashley, Charlie, Paige, Kirianna, Abrielle, Jaxsen and Alexander; and her great grandchildren, Levi and Beckett.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home (130 Highland Ave, Middletown, NY 10940). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 at 7:45 PM at the same location.
