She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Gorczynski and Franciszka Zemka Gorczynski; and her siblings, Leonard, Chester, Joseph, Kazimierz, Ludwik, Konstanty Gorczynski and Ursula Buda.
She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa Bernhardsen (David) and Denise Madura (Chris); her grandchildren, Jason Bernhardsen (Andrea) and Shana O'Gara (Patrick); her great grandchildren, Kennedy and Connor; her granddaughter Brooke Whelan (Brendan); and her siblings, John, Edward Gorczynski and Teresa Piccirilli. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
