He was predeceased by: his parents, Seth Jocelyn and Millicent Patti Jocelyn; and his siblings, Seth, George and Joyce Kelly.
He is survived by: his wife Babette Decker Jocelyn; his children, Daniel, Sharon Jocelyn of Earlton and Nancy Williams of Earlton; his grandchildren, Lauryn, Chloe and Luke; and his siblings, Joel of Margaretville and Florence Henry of Saugerties.
The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the Pine Hill Fire Department.
