He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Janice Rubin, Paul Halvorsen, Frances Kelly and William Kelly. He is survived by: his father Peter Halvorsen; his wife Julie Halvorsen; his mother Rosemary Kelly (Patrick McGinnis); and his brother Michael Halvorsen (Sarah Redman). He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
