She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Alan Raymond Chambers and Ann Weaver Chambers; and her son Daniel Lencina. She is survived by: her significant other Peter DiModica; and her son Alan Donnels.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Pine Hill Community Center.
