She was predeceased by: her parents, Rexford A. Moyer and Elizabeth L. Moyer (Langbell); and her stepmother Dorothy Moyer. She is survived by: her husband Richard Root of Southport; her children, David Cain of Elmira and Elizabeth Cain (Chris Cleveland) of Elmira; her brother Gregg Moyer (Edna) of Pine City; her grandchildren, Taylor Cain, Brittany Cain, Christopher, Zachary and Katlin Cleveland; and her siblings-in-law, Steven Root (Jackie) of Anahual, TX, Mark Root of Elmira and Elaine Cleveland of Elmira. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
