She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Welch and Ellen Welch (Mattison); and her husband John Stugart. She is survived by: her son Eugene Stugart of Pine City, NY; her grandchildren, Rebecca Smith (Robert) of Santa Rosa, CA and Shawn Stugart (Breanna) of Elmira Heights, NY; and her great grandchildren, Nina, Aubrey and Cobi. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, three sisters-in-law.
